How to get there<\/h2>\nTo reach Malga Cere, take the SS47 of Valsugana: from Bassano del Grappa, exit at Castelnuovo - Passo Manghen; from Trento, exit at Borgo Valsugana - Passo Manghen. Continue towards Telve on the SP31, and in the Calamento area, after passing the Hotel Aurai, continue for about 1 km until you reach the parking lot near a yard used for wood storage. \n\nFrom there, choose between the SAT 398<\/strong> trail (2.5 km, 400 m elevation gain, easy) or the forest road <\/strong> (4.5 km, 400 m elevation gain). You can hike, bike, ski, snowshoe, or even ride a horse. For small children, bring a child carrier or trekking stroller. \n

Stay in the hut or camp under the stars<\/h2>\nUpon arrival, you\u2019ll be greeted by Luigi, his wife Giulia, and their daughter Rosa, born here ten years ago and considered the heart of the malga. The hut offers 12 beds<\/strong> in three shared dormitories with communal bathrooms. For camping enthusiasts, there\u2019s a spacious meadow where you can pitch your own tent <\/strong> or rent one on-site. \n\nIn summer, the malga provides over 100 seats across an indoor dining room, outdoor tables, and a covered panoramic terrace. It\u2019s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal amidst the beauty of Val Calamento<\/strong>, surrounded by green meadows and woods, alongside grazing donkeys, chickens, and other animals under the blue alpine sky. \n
